Front Shelf Stoppers for recteq RT-700

This is a stopper piece for the recteq (formerly Rec Tec) RT-700 grill that prevents the genuine recteq front folding shelf from hitting the front angled legs when the shelf collapses. This will save the paint and prevent damage to the legs. This item comes in a set of (2) stoppers - one for each side. If you lose/damage/break one the shelf stopper only needs (1) stopper in place to prevent damage.

It simply slides into an empty cavity as seen in the pictures/video and acts as a bumper/stopper. It can be mounted on the top or bottom of the slot. Top will produce a much further away angle on the shelf. Top mount is preferential location since it doesn't have to fight gravity when folded.

All grills are made a little different, so if it's loose you can add electrical tape as a shim or if its too tight you can trim it with a razor blade.
